The Cultural, Arts and Development Center is working to develop projects and programs to preserve and promote the cultural arts and heritage that will provide educational and recreational entertainment for our local community pride, developing partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, businesses, etc. Our strategy is to use the history, the cultural arts and heritage, its music, dance, its stories, people and its talent, to make a local, national, and international impact through festivals, fairs, reenactments that sure to give incentive to our youth by encouraging them to participate in the arts.
